Some days we think another step is just too hard. How do we move forward when everything seems to go wrong? Then some one very special comes into your life and says, "I believe in you". It doesn't take much to make another person feel special. It takes less to make them feel bad about themselves. In this life, how important is some one believing in you, to your self esteem? Mine were my father and my aunt; they never gave up on me. Perhaps, during a time when my self doubts are high, remembering them keeps me strong. Today I know that there's not one challenge that will be thrown at me, that won't be conquered. Remember, to believe in yourself, it's contagious. Also try to remember one person who told you, "I believe in you."
Your day will be better, I guarantee. Even if you think that no one does, I'll bet you're wrong. How about a friend who encouraged you, a teacher who helped you learn something new, the lady down the block who always greeted you with a smile, or someone who always remembers you in some little way? "They believe in you."

Dedicated to someone I love who reminded me of my worth. I've drawn him, but he'd prefer anonymity. When he told me to stop hiding what I could really do, he gave me everything.
