Pinkie, that's...that's not how bubbles work...Pinkie...How much would you bet that Pinkie would create her very own Bubble Buddy?
Also, just spouting a random opinion...I don't understand why Pinkie's hair was the only one to look like a fin when she turned into a seapony. No one else's looked like that...what was the point? So I just went with her normal EQG hair hair with a curl at the end.

I feel like I've said this about a few of these posts, but this is my favourite one so far. (Speaking of which, which one in this Seauestria Girls series is your favourite/are you most proud of so far?) I love the Balloon Bubbles and how you added the curl at the end of her hair instead of just going with the fin. Lovely work!
