Haha, I saw a girl in a full Little Bo Peep costume when I was there! It seemed like EVERYONE was wearing bizarre clothing.

Little Bo Peep, Pikachu, goths, anything goes in Harajuku... There was even apparently a group calling themselves O-garu (dirty girls, meaning literally that they simply didn't adhere to rules of simple hygiene...
