Ooooh, GLaDOS. You so crazy.
I actually was only going to draw Wheatley, but I was asked nicely to draw this crazy lady as well. (Making of here! [link] )
I really had a hard time coming up with a face for her. But I just pictured a face that the voice would match up.
Looking at a picture of the voice actor DID NOT help. Ellen Mclain still wins at life, though.
SPOILER (do NOT read if you haven't finished/played the 2nd game!)
A LOT of my friends have been saying something annoying when they see this. "Well...GLaDOS USED to be a person, you know. So this isn't what she looked like." (They don't know how the game ends so I don't want to spoil it so I have to get this off my chest here lolololol)
NO, at the end of Portal 2, she DELETES Caroline, so techinically, she's always been a seperate being. THAT'S why I drew her looking like what I throught she would look like.

She looks beautiful, cool, sophisticated, AND intimidating all at the same time! HOW do you do it???
I do kind of have a theory, that Caroline was made into an AI(GLaDOS), which explains why GLaDOS was replying to Cave's prerecorded messages, freaking out, and saying "Being Caroline taught me a valuable lesson..." But I think she kind of went crazy with power, same as Wheatley did(but of course, unlike him, she is much smarter and knows how to take care of the facility), when put into the big boss body and developed a split personality(Due to her intelligence and willpower, I don't think the corruption would have happened to her as quickly as it did to Wheatley, since he was designed to be a moron). I believe the evil part of her split off from Caroline and took over, forcing Caroline to the back of her mind and essentially making her lie dormant, and Caroline was reawakened when GLaDOS heard Cave's voice and realized that he and Caroline were familiar. Then, upon being returned to her own body, she learned where Caroline was, and deleted her, leaving only GLaDOS. So in a way, GLaDOS and Caroline are and are not the same person.
That's just my opinion though. ^.^;;

Browsing thru my favorites, I'm still stunned at how well you've done! This is, for lack of a better term, a perfect GLaDOS. Her long, curbed swan neck mimmicks GLaDOS mechanics really well. As well as the curvature of the front of her face, which brings about strong associations with the front plate of her mechanical counterpart. Amazingly well done, actually!
I also love that you made her every bit as sexy, yet distinguished, as the GLaDOS we hear in game. Very few there be that can capture the look of a sound so well as you.
Truly a masterpiece!

FINALLY someone does justice of human!GLaDOS. I see so many robotwhores with white hair and an Aperture logo slapped on their boobies attempting to be passed off as her.
This is kinda how I picture her- elegant and neat. Actually, I kinda picture her as an older Gem from Tron:Legacy. Lol
