So baaaaaaaaaaasically my brain is stuck in Portal mode, and I wanted to try my hand at doing sort of human/android version of GLaDOS and Wheatley.Since then they have basically taken over my sketchbook, so when I wrapped up my work I decided to let myself finish these up. I wanted them to be nonspoilery! So both of these quotes can be found in trailers :βD (Which means I didnβt have a lot to work with for GLaDOs, alas.) Augh, too much fun~

Easily my favourite humanised interpretation of the pair.
Glados is stylish and human, but hasn't lost the sterile and cold sensation that, as the consummate sociopathic scientist, she should have. She's clearly the big brain behind things and it's conveyed very well in her outfit with its sleek and uncluttered look.
Wheatley meanwhile is more clearly a drone of a lower station, with a more menial feel to him and an expression that says he has knowledge of what he's talking about but little if any understanding of it. He's built to wander around and keep an eye on things, but precious little else, and it shows through with his apparel here compared to Glados.

This remains my favourite interpretations of both characters in humanoid form. I really kinda wish they'd appeared ingame like this because, whilst their existing forms sufficed for the story, the androids would have been pretty sweet to see as well.

FINALLY! A human Wheatley that doesn't have the same caramel-brown hair (or even worse BLUE hair)! What a relief! I have nothing against it personally (it's a good color of hair) but everything in moderation! I'm so glad that somebody is thinking outside of the box!
(People could at least make it a different shade of caramel-brown...)

This blows my mind. GLaDOS is pretty spot on as far as I have imagined. Wheatley is different only because I find it impossible not to see his voice actor Stephen Merchant when I hear his voice lol. But if i didn't know what he looked like... i'd probably have pictured something just like that. Great job, mate!
