Description
This is a very old character of mine, I created her as a young teenager so the story she is from is of course very dark and tragic
But I haven't drawn her very much, mostly she has just been sitting around in my head for a long time.
But it you have a good eye and memory you might recognize her from one of my messy sketches that I uploaded earlier this year.
I know I tried to make the story as a comic when I was sixteen, maybe if I find it I can upload it
She was so much fun to paint! Especially her face and braids

Your detail is amazing. She looks pensive and a bit lost, but not weak in the slightest. I love the gold charm in her hair and her hair itself is amazing.
I also like when you show detail pics because my eye doesn't always pick out details, so having it drawn out for me is helpful.
I would love to see real-life models as your characters, since they have so much life to them already.

I had to look up the word wistful, never heard it before. But it describes her perfectly!
I did not want to make her expression very clear, because she is not someone who would show much of her true feelings to others. It makes me very happy that you could notice it!

Maybe because I'm often the same way, and as you might guess I like to read faces, and try to paint them, or even if I don't always like to I do it anyway, not to be caught off guard.
You succeeded. They always describe the Mona Lisa has having a mysterious smile...I don't see that. But you did succeed.
Back when the psychiatrists had me in their clutches, one of the tests they gave was looking at a picture and concocting a story. The tester wrote in his notes "In the more than 2000 tests I've admistered, this person had by far the most involved and detailed stories." I though thtat was good, except the interpreter saw it as once more sign of mental imbalance.

She had very long hair. It is said she even had headache very often because of that hair.

I was wondering what to say about the serenity of her expression or those little golden trinkets in her hair --by the way, you do a great job at drawing gold, I've always had trouble with it as a color (or metal).
I was thinking about how her braids look beautiful (and very thick)... and then I realized her hair looks like pasta! It just needs some meatballs! Now I'm hungry and it's all I can think about

I like drawing gold. I'm not sure if this is useful at all or not, but I always use orange colours instead of yellow and transparent greyish green for the shadows, and white as highlight, makes it look shiny
And about the pasta thing...well, you can look at my answer to *LunaticStar 's comment.
