May have to get a bit of practice in painting this fellows face...as lovely as it is, it's a bit difficult to paint.Zachary Quinto as Spock. Yay!
Can't wait to see this movie. Will inspire me to do more stuff no doubt
*Edit* I'll be getting my paintbrushes out again for this one. Don't like the way his mouth looks or the lack of blending in the shadow. Damn!

Just saw this movie a week and a half ago! Since then I own it and I've seen it 4 more times haha SO good. I love this picture of Spock, he's definitely my favorite no matter what. If I had money, I'd totally commission you to draw a pic of spock with me in place of Uhura, he's that awesome in my mind haha
Idk why I'm ranting about this, but i think I was getting at this: Awesome, awesome art (as always) and I can't wait for more

His face is interesting, for sure, but at least it is interestingly smexy. He looks so Italian, with that brow and that jawline...woof!! It's not a bad likeness though, considering the size you're working with on these ACEOs. ZQ is wonderful, as are all the actors. Simon Pegg steals the scene as a Scotty though, he really nailed his part, as did McCoy, Sulu, Kirk, and <3Spock<3. And baby Chekov made me squee. I want one.

Spock is so bad-ass in this movie. So is Kirk. I loved this movie so much. It was an excellent "reboot" movie as everybody is calling it.

An ACEO is Art Cards, Editions and Originals. They're basically small pieces of art, same size as a playing card. They're collectible and lots of fun to paint.
