Hi !I know I took soooooo long to finish and post this, but I had a lot going on !
And exams too, unfortunately ... ><
In the end I'm really disapointed of what I did with the coloring and details, but I'm afraid to make it worst by changing things haha ^^

I really can't help focusing on specific parts of a drawing, because of my OCD.

As do I. I love my OCD! Much more of a help than a hindrance, at least in my case.
...of course, you do lose the "big picture" view. There's a couple of submissions in my gallery that, after finishing them, my friends pointed out glaringly funny (and embarrassing) mistakes.

You know, I'm sure, about you being your own worst critic.Β I think that the coloring looks beautiful and the soft lighting of the water.Β But I know, like everyone else here does, how it is to have something in your head and not being able to do it quite as you'd like it to look.Β But I think it's very well done, much better than I can do! So that's something right? <3

Somehow yeah, I guess you're probably right.
Maybe we're all like that after all, always finding things we don't like or aren't satisfied with in everything we draw (or do !)...

The water has much life too it and the leaves are so detailed! >u< You can draw them really well! I need to start trying to draw leaves in such a way o( oUo)o Β Also, gotta love how the central character's eyes match the BG.Β

Honestly, I had a really hard time on this drawing. Because I wasn't sure about how to make colors match one another. Like not putting to much blue or so...
And in the end I think I put to much of it haha ^^
