Thanx for the title mate!

More coastal Port Macquarie and guess what.

I like the fiery colours versus the cool blues in the sky. This is such a beautiful scene.

Very nice.. I can see a little ghosting where the images were combined, I guess that is the only drawback of doing panoramas. I have done work sort of like this, usually I will photomatix the image (bracketed), paste it on top of the original in Photoshop, and then adjust opacity to dampen the effect a little. I like this though! Haven't seen an HDR with seashore I don't think..

Usually autopan pro works well but it stuffed up a bit here.... I corrected some but not all. I think the HDR on swirl worked well

Thats a good idea for combining images.....I must remember.

Quite frankly, I find your photography inspirational. If I ever find the time, I would love to try to become even a portion as talented as you at this photography thing. All your images are just stunning and to me, memorable. I always have your images floating in the back of my mind. I desperately want to find the time to learn HDR. One day... *sighs*

Sun-Seeker In reply to LeahAlissa [2007-06-26 04:12:38 +0000 UTC]

Hey thanks for that Leah.. I try to keep em subtle.... but your idea of a HDR gone wrong maybe someone elses idea of heaven on a stick hehheh.. have you had a troll thru the HDR club?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

LeahAlissa In reply to Sun-Seeker [2007-06-26 04:58:51 +0000 UTC]

Yes. That's actually where I found this image And I suppose... But I don't enjoy the over-saturated images too much, nor the images that had a field day with shadow contrastiness, making the whole image have this grey cast to it. ew. This one is just.. simply beautiful

I'm with you but I find this flickr guy quite fascinating and its interesting the range of subjects he see fit to HDR.. theres only about a million shots to see so take your time [link]
