Weiii~ This cutie is Penny Pingleton from the movie "Hairspray" Amanda Bynes did a great job playing her, she was so damn cute! Oh and the title was supposed to be "Checkerboard Chick" XD wouldn't fit.

I had fun with the blonde hair, kudos to Angy chans palettes, because without that I would've made her hair look horrible. I know it's a bit more blonde than Amanda's hair, but I like it, it's fun and vibrant - just like Penny's personality.
