My friend photographed the Mage Mashers I built for another friend's Zidane cosplay.From start to finish, they took 10 days to make.
MDF, florists' foam, worbla, apoxie sculpt, aluminum tape (for the shiny blade edges), primed then painted with Rustoleum gold/metallic blue and acrylics.
