Description
Rotom belongs to Nintendo, not me. However, this forme is my fanmade idea. Have Rotom possess the motor of a computer.

Ability: Levitate
Its body is composed of plasma. It is known to infiltrate electronic devices and wreak havoc.
Moves:
Rotom has the same movepool. However, if Rotom is told to go inside the motor of a computer, it will learn the following move:
