Self-proclaimed archnemesis of Dr. Venture, The Mighty Monarch (along with his assistant, Doctor Girlfriend/Dr. Mrs. The Monarch and his army of henchmen) float around in a giant cocoon "arching" the Ventures and generally failing at it.
The Venture Bros is (without a doubt) one of the best and most overlooked cartoons on TV in the last ten years.
If you've never seen this show on Adult Swim then you must check it out!

It is an excellent show. I highly recommend it. But you've really got to start at the beginning. It gets a bit complicated later on.

Yeah you've REALLY got to see it. It's an AWESOME show. There hasn't been a animated show that's made my literally laugh out loud like this one in years.
