you can get Sai for free here [link]
It's very easy to use! (unlike photoshop hehe)
You have to pay after 30 days but all it does is not let you save so... you can get around that by print screen XD

there's 3 buttons on the top right of your keyboard, one of them should be print screen. (or prnt scr, etc)
You only need to worry about that after 30 days though (: there are other ways of getting around that too, but I forgot them. Maybe you can look them up if you're interested.
