Err as for your reference, its photoplankton bloom. (not quite sure how to spell it) Check out NASA-view for great images, although, you need to learn to combine many stocks in order for it to look somewhat decent. Although its a heck of alot easer then brushing planets, which i'm still learning, I just don't have the time anymore.

The texture you used for the surface of the planet itself is lovely, and quite unusual to other planets I see, it looks like it has vast shallows reef areas that would otherwise be landmasses if the sea was a bit shallower.
The only critique I have here is that the atmosphere looks over-saturated compared to the more natural-looking planet. Maybe a less saturated and slightly more Cyan/Aqua atmophere would suit it better.
Great starfeild though, they can be quite challenging.
