i like how blurred and soft her upper arm looks in the background. combined with her hands folded like that it gives her personality a softness. her lips look quite prominent and pretty all glossy. her hands are the best part. with the reflection in the surface it appears like there's a whole support system of other people below her ready to "give her a hand". gosh that's corny. corny corny corny. and yet, i somehow can't resist.

I picture her on the exhale ... perhaps just about to rest her head on the folded hands which seem more important to me in the shot with their placement on the 3rds. And with your description and title, I find myself wondering why she is winded.
