Description First pic for the mock war ATG. Theme was to draw an armored pony. I didn't really make the focus the armor, but hey, shes in armor, so whatever. Took about 6 hours.

I like the little touch of making the sunshine a rainbow. The armor is impressive; detail-wise and aesthetically. The opening to show the cutie mark, the way you worked the elemental necklace in, and the way you drew the sword to look like her cutie mark are all awesome aspects of the piece. Do approve.

just so you know the sword is awesome. i had more or less the same idea for it, but when i actually made one i picked luna instead.

I'd love to see a side-on shot of that armor, to get a better view of it. But MAN! The mane / tail flowing out looks great, and I need that sword (or, you know, a high quality replica) IRL. So awesome!
