Just getting some practice. My backgrounds aren't exactly great so I thought I'd test with perspective, it went pretty well. Also this makes a good excuse to draw fancharacters too.This time it's one-point perspective, I've left it in sketch form. I might colour this if it's good enough.
Comments would be kickass...
I forget to mention, if anyone wants to take a shot at colouring this, just ask. I'll even do the outlines for you. If not I can always do this myself.

Well that sounds cool, you seem to have a better grasp of moodiness than I. I'll outline it once I've done a few other tests.
Well I think the main thing about BGs is that they just take sooo long.
I'll probably do something with Skyler and Tyler for my next test.

I just put in shadows by duplicating to make it look better, I reuse stuff... I borrow stuff from [link]
It's German, so I'll explain stuff:
You have The Simpsons (fort pic), the secondary stuff (second pic), Backgrounds (third one) and logos. you click on the pic to open a now tab, and then just click download to get the zipfile. You unzip and get lots of refs and stuff to use!

Well it's not easy to explain verbally but pretty simple (or at least this kind of perspective) when you know it. I'll search out a tutorial for it if you wish.

Thanks! I think the main difficulty with the possibility of colouring it is that I want it to look really moody, which isn't really my specialty.
I'll be doing a few more perspective pic-related pics soon enough all featuring different fancharacters.

Well it's still worth a try. I'll probably go about colouring stuff when I've done my other perspective tests (like two-point, bird's eye view, worm's eye view).
