I wasn't sure if she already had a name or that was just the title but I decided to have Punky as her real name since I like it and thinks it fits her.

Don't know who would but hopefully robot hands are allowed in a turf war.
Which she would have a hard time aiming an ink gun at anyone without it unless it was an ink gun that doesn't take 2 hands.
And if you couldn't tell from what I mean she only has 1 hand the other hand is missing and that is why she has a robot hand.

Wait! Forgot to mention something about that; Her claw hand can interchanged into many other type of things, such the end of a Splattershot or a spatula or something like that.Β

Her claw hand is kinda like Megaman's mega buster in a way.
That is pretty cool and that means she doesn't need an ink gun.
