Mario and Pac are practically best buds, he invited Pac to kart racing, he voice acted for Pac-Man Vs, hell, he's probably the reason Pac-Man got into Smash.(Not really but that could make sense since Shigeru Miyamoto's favorite character IS Pac-Man)Note: Mario's head is an edit of existing artwork because i couldn't get the style right, but everything else is drawn free handed.
