No you did it right! Weird, normally it should work like this.

Well what you also can do, and that's how I always do it:

- At the right top of this page are buttons with "note","share", etc.

- At the right side of those buttons is a little arrow pointing down.

- Click on it and a drop-down opens with 3 options: Link, embed and thumb.

- Copy the text next to the thumb and  paste it in our conversation. It should immediately change to the moving stamp

Yeah I think the reason its not working is because I'm on my tablet not a computer maybe?
