Description
Okay, this is the part of the Sapio Dex where new evolutions of old pokemon come into play. As a tribute to the one and only Twoohfive205 of YouTube, I started with Castform, inspired by his SDS video of HIS Castform evo, Radoran. Besides, Castform needed an evolution anyways.

#087: Clouvoia (Cloud + Clairvoyant)
Weather Pokemon

Type: Normal
Evolves from CASTFORM at Lv. 15
Description: CLOUVOIAs have much better control over weather, able to dramatically alter it with just a single command. Its mood changes along with its forms: Sunny is brave and heroic, rainy is sad and shy, & hail is vain and uncaring.

#088: Stormadic (Storm + Tornadic)
Weather Pokemon
Ht: 4' 00" Wt: 19.2 lbs
Type: Normal
Evolves from CLOUVOIA at Lv. 30
Description: STORMADICs are generally friendly pokemon, but, if forced to fight, their mastery of the weather can end battles within mere seconds. These pokemon are great assets to meteorologists.

Basically, all it gets from evolving twice are better stats and better moves. However, Stormadic is able to learn special attacks that change the weather as a result: Solar Flare, a powerful fire type move that changes the weather to "Sunny" afterwards, Tsunami, a powerful water attck that makes it rain, and Sub-Zero Blizzard, an powerful ice type moves that makes it hail afterwards. All three moves are equivalent to Hyper Beam in power and accuracy.
