So here is the story behind this... my friend saw me draw a small version of a man chasing another(three guesses who) with a stop sign right? Well he loved it so much that he wanted a bigger version and this is what became of that thought!
Oh my god I love these two...they're my absolute favorite from the series. I find their mutual hatred for each other amusing.

Method of colors: Traditionally outlined with pencil and colored with Photoshop
