So this took forever, seriously. Why? Psshhh because there are no freaking ref pics for what he really looks like.So I decided to come up with my own idea of what his true form really is. A lot of googling and reference to the manga I tell you...
Though I love how it turned out. Gotta love Seb!

Well they do(Sebastian does) specifically mention sometime in the manga that he comes from a realm. So I don't think it is 'Hell' as the clichΓ© area but I do believe he comes from a realm with demons and other creatures, also taking a look at the place Hannah(the other demon) came from.

It is because of his little brother Luka. It explains why she does, and sinceΒ this demon, Hannah,Β is under contract, sheΒ has to obey that person which in turn basically means they can get abused and not be able to say much. A demon will basically only do something if they see a sign of weakness in that person. For example, look at how Sebastian left Ciel when Ciel started deciding that revenge really wasn't his thing. Or, when Alois started showing signs of tenderness.

he is pretty in both forms. but i though it was hes true form when he showed up as a Black cloud and poked the pentagram into ciels eye. In the beginning of the manga.

LORD HAVE MERCY THAT IS THE MOST TEXTURED AND MOST GORGEOUS PIECE OF SEBASTIAN I SWEAR I HAVE EVER SEEN. ;_; t-the wings look so real...I think that is an epic idea as to what his real Demon form looks like, creative horns and everything, I really love it, It really looks like he's wreaking some serious havoc! Though poor people, but even so, Sebastian does what he does best!! Your shading is also outrageously perfect might I add!

I got the horn idea since when he is angry in the manga, he usually has horns. Like as to emphasize he pissed off-ness. XD Lol!
