Yes, this is actually RC... holly hell has he changed a lot. Just look at his design created by my bro Chris all those months ago.

Yeah I completely revamped his color scheme and design and species and gender... I really did like RC's old design but it just didn't work for me.

So RC is the leader of the Illiad City Punks and he gets into all kind of trouble and stuff. He doesn't have a job so he can afford to mess around and be a delinquent since he lives in the Ocean Sector and all (That's where all the rich people live)
