General:
Vera is a thin woman of average height with fair skin, shoulder-length two-tone silver hair, and pale blue eyes. Under her right eye are two small beauty marks, which she considers to be her most defining feature. Although she wears her hair in several different styles, her favorite way to wear it is down with the sides pulled out of her face with a strand of blue beads that wrap around the back of her head.
When first introduced on Punk Hazard, Vera's hair was completely loose and unkept, and her eyes had heavy dark circles under them.
During her flashbacks to one year ago, she is shown with slightly shorter hair than usual.
As a child, Vera is very short and has her hair cut to just below her chin. At this time she's known for always wearing a pink flower on the left side of her head, which holds her bangs out of her eyes.

Mannerisms:
In general, Vera speaks fairly normally without any sort of unique vocal tic. One notable thing about the way she talks is how she seems to lack any sort of filter, saying whatever she wants when she wants to without really thinking about the consequences. This comes from her past, as living alone for 10 years didn't give her the opportunity to learn what is and isn't appropriate to say to people.
She lacks knowledge of social customs, often doing things like inviting men to bathe with her or giving into unsavory requests (ex: Brook asking to see her panties) just because she doesn't see anything wrong with it. Nami and Law try to correct her on this, but have so far been pretty unsucessful.
When speaking, she uses the personal pronoun 'atashi'.
Like other characters, she has a unique laugh style, 'uhuhu'. It's only used when she's giggling or otherwise laughing softly, but for anything louder than that she laughs normally.

Following the wish her father left behind, Vera was determined to keep on living. Her dream was to one day leave Wellspring Isle and see the rest of the world for herself.

The government is very wary of Vera's existence. They believed her to be dead for several years, so when she reappeared in the public eye they were concerned about the possibility of the Riverwater Virus breaking out once again. Despite Law's claim that he would definitely cure her, the government still keeps a close eye on her whenever possible.

Powers/Abilities:
Vera's Devil Fruit gives her the ability to create, manipulate, and turn into liquid or solid silver. It's useful for dodging attacks by becoming liquid, upping attack/defense power by coating/turning limbs or weapons to silver, making quick escapes by turning into silver and quickly fleeing the scene, and slowing opponents down by trapping them in silver or otherwise weighing them down.
She can "see" through any silver she's created by using it as her eyes and seeing whatever's reflected in it. She can use reflections in other ways too, such as turning her whole body to silver and creating the illusion of invisibility by bouncing all light off of her

Strengths:
- Extremely fast while in liquid form
- Able to slip through small cracks and navigate through very small spaces
- Reflectivity is useful for seeing enemy location, or shining light into their eyes to temporarily blind them
- Silver is very conductive, so while she can be hit with electricity it will pass through her body so quickly that it would take a lot of exposure before it'd begin to damage her. The same goes for heat.

Weaknesses:
- Silver is somewhat soft, so it can be dented or broken through with enough force.
- Alhough it's good at conducting heat, with enough exposure the silver will begin to melt.
Restrictions:
- Due to living alone for 10 years, Vera never faced many threats that would allow her to use and develop her powers. As such, she is still learning how to utilize it in battle. While most Logia users are able to turn intangible as a reflex, Vera has to be thinking about it to do it. This leads to her taking the full force of many attacks that other Logia users would have been able to easily avoid. This weakness extends beyond just her Devil Fruit and bleeds into her physical fighting ability as well.

Haki?: Awakened Observation/Kenbunshoku and Armament/Busoshoku Haki
Observation/Kenbunshoku Haki: Vera first awoke her Observation Haki at a young age when she nearly starved to death due to not being able to catch any fish. After awakening it, she unknowningly trained it through fishing and ended up becoming rather skilled with it. She never knew what Haki was until she met Trafalgar Law and the Strawhats, just referring to her ability to sense things as 'heightened senses' until she was told otherwise.
Armament/Busoshoku Haki: Vera was able to awaken her Armament Haki while training with Bepo during the trip from Zou to Wano. It's still very under-developed, and she can only hold it for a short period of time on a small part of her body before becoming fatigued.
