I feel that you should give Noire a back story too. Something like he was once part of the GO Team and worked side by side with Prof. Willow, Candela, Blanche and Spark. This would be before Prof. Willow chose the Team Leaders. Something like Noire was expecting to be chosen as the Team Leader of Mystic but felt betrayed when Prof. Willow chose Blanche instead. Then, some Rocket recruiter tells him that his talents are not recognized and utilized enough in the GO Team so he recruits Noire to join Team Rocket. Just a suggestion. (*Boink! Fanfic ideas!)
