Description ...here is another one "from the vaults" of my gallery, this one back from my days workin for the Mouse.
Mickey is wearing the standard Tour Guide garb for the "Great Movie Ride", the centerpiece attraction of the Disney/Hollywood Studios here in Orlando.

I have been told that the uniform has been changed since I worked there...

-that's it! He's the most "human" of the Disney "fab four", not happy happy all the time ,he runs the gammut of human emotions and is not ashamed to put it on display for all to see.

I'm always amazed by your capacity at drawing anything. Like your Donald, this one totally rock ^^
The man Walt would be quite happy of the look you gave the his little boy!
Not to say that it was bad at that time, it was already kickass, but your inking skills have gone a miles beyond that. Experience IS something important in inking ^^
(maybe I'm a bit too much fan of disney ^^)

-thanks a lot Gillaume, glad you like the work.
There are still plenty of things I'm still learning as far as rendering goes, when I post a drawing of a horse , or a good portrait that will be a major accomplishment.
I like to ink too, but unfortunately unless it's something simple like Mickey here ,it takes me waaayyyyy too long to ink a piece.
thanks again man

Did you work 'for' Disney, or just freelance contracted? Heard there were real horror stories about working for that place.

No Steve, I only worked in the parks, I wasn't in the art dept. or animation unit; would love to have had the chance but other than it being extremely hard to get into, I also did not have the formal art education to go with it(I am primarily self-taught).
I have heard the same stories, had a friend who worked on "Mulan", one of the few animated features that were made with the animation unit here in Florida(unit is closed down now ), he was jobless after the film wrapped production.
