I have not read Heinlein for a while, but I doubt he ever met Roger Ebert. Unless you take, "...he hates all creative people equally," to mean he loves all creative people. Only Roger would never be so simplistic as to love a person because he loved their work. But he surely loved and encouraged creativity, treating film as both entertainment and art form, and not just as a product to be sold to a mass market.
