I'm really digging this one. I think the blue border takes away from the picture overall, try white or none at all. The composition is nice and the sun flares are awesome. It's a very successful shot.

I am starting to notice that colorful borders only work well with a select number of pictures, especially when they draw away from the photo. Thanks for the comments.

awesome flarework. Love the clarity of the shot, especially the boat detail and the water. Is that seaweed or an octopus down there?!
