Very cool! I really like the detail you have in its scales! I also like the subtlety of the rays through the ocean in the background. Gives it a nice balance.

This turned out fantastic! I just love it. The seaweed-stuff looks awesome as well.
Although I must admit, I am a tiny bit disappointed that you've used someone else's bubble brushes on this one when I know you'd be more then capable of drawing bubbles and/or making your own brushes. The bubbles just look a little out of place to me...But I could just be being nitpicky. I love this artwork anyway
