I like it! the hair looks really great and that outfit is awesome! You have a real talent with folds and wrinkles. o.o It all looks so natural!!
She's got a really interesting pose, too! I'd say my favorite part is the clothes though.
To me, the legs and feet look a bit awkward. It doesn't really look like she has any toes. Also, one hand is a bit bigger than the other. Other than those two things, I really think you hit this spot on. Nice!

My friend said that her waist twists strangely though....and I agree orz.
I'm really bad at drawing toes! The instant I draw it, I had to say eww and erase it...so I seldom draw bare feet. However this time shoes would not look as good as bare feet so I tried. I must reference MORE!
And the hands.....I made such a careless mistake D: will make sure not to make it again!

Hmm... the only big thing to improve on is the fact that the neck is a bit long... but that's pretty much it.

I've taken a look at your gallery. I think that the basics, such as anatomy, are not bad. It's just that it's not quite stable, meaning sometimes they could be a little bit off. You have no other way to improve it but to practise more, and also look for more reference pictures.
You could also improve on the hair, which is a bit stiff. Try making use of more smooth and curved lines, and a little more details. The others are ok for now. Feel free to ask me questions, I'll try my best to help : )
