hi brimstone has a human disguise but it's magic incantation based/it's not stable or permanent
so he has to manually cast it everytime he wants to appear a mortal for whatever reason to bother Natasha of course
the shoulder tatts are a way of implementing his shoulder flames into his disguise subtly
or something like that

this is kinda revelant for a comic i'm posting so here's this nasty man
he's still a dummy just with an anime bishie face now
that sometimes reveals he's not Cute at all still
