It was about time to finish this! I felt like doing some fan art again. This is Clair, one of the gym leaders of Pokemon. She always was my favourite gym leader with those dragon Pokemon and the fancy blue/purple (in this picture blue, references show both purple and blue) hair!Anyway, I did some experimenting with the colouring. I hope it came out well.
