• As long as design isn't drastically altered, genderbending and added/removed accessories are allowed.
• Paypal, Points, and Art are accepted
If art is offered, it must be from an already established commission price chart, to avoid bias; no more than 3 pieces may be offered
The point/cash equivalent will be added to an overall point/cash total. ex. 100pts, and 2 commissions worth 300pts each. Your overall bid will be listed as 700pts.
Please, only offer art if you have matching point+paypal prices for it. It helps keep things fair. This only applies to those who use both payment methods, if you only use points or only use paypal, feel free to ignore this rule.

Hello, I realized that you have used a pony that is a similar design to my friend's pony, and I would appreciate if you could take the pony down.
Don't tell me that it looks nothing alike because I didn't tell you which pony it was or show you what her pony looks like, but it is almost exactly the same as my friend's pony.

the only think sort of similar is the color scheme (which is much darker+more saturated than Dandy's)

The only similarities are the contrast, which have been used time and time again because the colors here are complimenting colors, opposites on the color wheel. I can assure you he's going to have a cutiemark and the mane fashions and eyes are fairly different. Your originality will not be challenged, and if you're worried about the palette, it's been done before and this likely won't be the first or last of it's particular color set. These colors simply work together.

well the issue is the mane style is almost identical and the exact same shades are used plus the hightlights and such are in the same place, this is why i am worried so much

im saying its ridiculously similar x.x i showed it to a friend and they thought it was my pony glowstick, white, light pink, they look similar, the mane and tail styles are almost identical and the rest of the hair and the body is the same colour x.x

'Exact same shades' 'identical' I've seen it, Your oc's mane is long and naturally trimmed, This one has a flat cut medium mane and tail and tufts at the base, and no the shades are not exact, not by a long shot, they're more desaturated.
Highlights are common in MLP, in fact most ponies have them.
Plus your pony has blond streaks, this one does not. This pony has stripes, yours does not.
This pony will have a cutiemark, yours does not.
