the title is of a song i used to like when i was like 16... it's by Tiamat.anyways i'll let you draw your own conclusions of what's going on in there...
i got the idea for this from a movie called Every Stewardess goes to Heaven. there is a very similar looking scene.
edit: about the scene: there is a man who went to see this hooker, but not because of sex but something else. he was sad, worried and tired, so the hooker told him to sleep a little. and so he placed his head on her lap and feel asleep i thought it was sweet and awkward.

I love the idea of this shot, and, as your description indicates, the awkwardness of the sexual situation that becomes a moment of tenderness, or of a desire that transcends its ostensibly sexualy context. There's a wonderful movement in this transitioning that you capture so well, especially in the tentative hand placed on the head, and the posture of the "holder", seems very straight and unsure. Great piece.

i enjoy the colors in this. i agree with muggan-music - it would lose a lot of its intensity if it were in b+w. Intensity.. funny to use that word for this seen. It has a tenderness to it. And a sadness too. And now i want to see the film and scene that inspired you to put it together...

Nice idea from this. It is a lovely notion but the story of the film is cool too. Id hate to think of the fishnet marks on the cheek from a good sleep like this.
