i would describe this as cheap, gothy, and...pretty fuckin sweet. feel free to throw in the good old 'the blood theme is old and overused!" -line, i'll give you a smile for that. i'm loving the blood theme
this photo doesn't change the world, it's just entertainment, please enjoy if you can.umm, so, yea. the vampire teeth were cool, she'd had those made at the dentist so they looked very real and fit her perfectly. my 'preview audience' was torn between those who liked the 'cracked & dry' lips, and those who didn't. i'm obviously all for it, that's why they're there, make me think she's old and dead even if pretty.
technical: used sigma 105mm ex macro lens (and the sweet focus proves that), white make up foundation on face and hand as well as white powder, those as well as fake blood can be acquired at theatre supply stores or similar. more about artificial fakebloods here [link] . white nail polish by LCN.

You're a bloomin' genius to have opted for the chapped pucker. I can't speak for the reactions of other viewers, but my first impression was of a vampire's first smattering of blood after an all-too-long siesta. Waking out the 'give or take a century' genre of a dozy-ness and thoroughly enjoying it's celebratory kill. Good on you! The only thing I don't like about this take is the hand. It seems to be a midge too unfocused and...bleh-y.

i really like this. i like the way the blood isnt all over the mouth, like in every other vampire picture i've ver seen. this looks real, like she is relishing the taste instead of wasting it on her cheeks. the lips are really sensual too.
