i like how siren can mean several things, but two come to mind at first. the dangerously seductive woman and the warning signal...the red screams at you to stay away.i've done this before, there's something strangely twisted in a girl licking her open wound, and a wound like this especially.
this was inspired by another photo i saw on the internet...don't remember who took it, she was cut too but maybe not at her wrist...i don't remember
i like to make my own versions, i just keep liking the blood theme 
she's been bleeding for a while and moving her hand which causes the blood to go in different directions as it flows. technical

the cut was made with kryolan's wax altho it's not even focus so who cares. i used two flashes, i think u can guess the other was in front and the other in the back. the shoot didn't go exactly as planned, as my model started feeling really weak right when i was about to shoot. after a bit of rest she wanted to give it a try and got up 3 times, i held her hand up (i edited my hand away) and took 2 shots each time. 6 altogether. must be my record, usually it's more like 60... however it turned out okay, i am happy she managed to pull off an innocent/seductive look while feeling like fainting.

if i may ask, the fakeblood and cut is out of the question. why was she weak and in a faint state if not real. she weak at the sight of blood or the pose made her weak or she has low blood sugar? sorry im very curious why she got in a fainty mood. sorry lol

hmmmm. i have a love hate situation with this picture. i dont want to go into details, but i know from personal experience, that this seems off.
first good: the eyes are so seductive! i love it! like "i dare you to stop me". i also give kudos to her actually having fake blood in her mouth :S
for the not-so-good: if she was vampiric [likes blood] she would not look seductive with a cut upwards....in other words...a cut horizontally is not life threatening, a cut vertical IS. if her purpose was to die, her expression is WAY off. does that make sense? another thing is a tourniquet. for the blood to go for that long, a tourni is needed....the blood has coagulants, that stop the flow of blood, stop the blood flow, stop the coagulants.
