their oc looks like a female madara.
I would understand their oc more if she was madara's daughter, but the creator says she's "madara's fangirl".

Yes, she is an Uchiha girl who models herself after Madara in every way she can.

I don't know, it just doesn't seem realistic for a Naruto oc.
maybe she can try to impersonate madara, like obito did? or go undercover as a madara follower who believed in madara's ideals in naruto's time-line.

Just to add in my own two cents a bit late: Even within Naruto, it's pretty common for people with no relation to each other at all to look like each other.
Teenaged Obito looks just like Madara, with the same hair style and everything. Except for both being Uchiha, they aren't related.
Naruto looks like Tsunade's younger brother, Nawaki, as well as like young Obito (pre-boulder squish). They are completely unrelated and there's no explanation for it.
Sasuke looks like Madara's younger brother, Izuna.
Anime's first rule of inherited qualities: If the parents have a notable physical feature, the children probably will as well. Including hair style.
Corollary (aka "Naruto's Law"): Unrelated characters in anime can also share the physical features and traits for purposes of symbolism and drama, even if there's no logical reason at all.
So it actually makes more sense for someone to be modelling themselves after a prominent character than it would for how it's explained in-series. XD At least there's an explanation beyond "because drama".

First: I do not intend offense, but this is my character. You can feel how you like, but I'm not changing what I'm doing with her if you don't like it. XD I was only offering to clarify if there was confusion, not asking for suggestions on what to do.
Second: Why would she impersonate Madara? Right now she's 16, Madara is a lot older, and the Hidden Villages were JUST founded. This is several decades before the Naruto series even STARTS. Madara is still seen as a cool guy in this time period who helped bring an end to the Clan Wars. An impressionable young Uchiha who doesn't have to fight and die as a child having a case of hero-worship for Madara and ignoring any flaws he may have is pretty darn "realistic". Hero-worship is a thing even IRL.
By the time she'll be grown up and Madara is reviled as a villain, there will STILL be followers of Madara who secretly agree with his ideals. They'll just be the minority. Someone who grew up believing in him is highly likely to be one of those individuals. If she wound up being alive in Naruto's time still, she'd be a very old woman, and I'd be a very old woman by then too, since that's decades from now and I doubt I'll be RPing that long. She's already a Madara follower. And when she becomes a fanatic when she grows up, following in his footsteps is what she'll be doing. So, that second thing is correct.
If she winds up impersonating Madara later on or not, I don't know, because that's several years down the line. But I doubt it would be likely for many reasons. She might be more likely to claim to be his daughter or something, as you mentioned. But at least as far as I know right now, at this point in time, that's not a thing she's doing.
I do appreciate the ideas though, and if they wind up being something that makes sense in the future for the RP that happens then, I may make use of them! <3
