I think I have fallen in love AGAIN! Let me introduce you to Naoko Henyokai, whose fighting style is shootboxing. It seems unbelievable that this cute girl competes in such a tough sport, but yet she does. Shootboxing can be seen as a mix of several different styles.

Naoko also has skills in boxing, kickboxing, MMA (which also requires skills in grappling), and she does cage fights. She´s an opponent you better take for serious. She fights everyone, and she´s afraid of no one. THough she uses punches in her fights she is not much of a puncher, though I wouldn´t bet that she isn´t able to deliver a knockout punch. However, if the rules allow to use kicks, she will kick. And - her kicks are legendary. They can definitely bring an opponent to the canvas.

Once Naoko got her opponent on the mat, her versatility and flexibility come into play. With her superior grappling skills she can hold opponents on the ground, tightly locked until they submit or pass out.

If on the defense, her endurance keeps her in the fight. She can´t be easily beaten down because she can take a good deal of punishment. She used that to earn money for her family, presenting herself as human punching bag.

You may say that she has got a few kilograms too much on her hip, and that her belly looks a little soft. That doesn´t matter a bit. She can take blows to the belly, she is trained for that, and - as mentioned before - earned money by letting people hit her there.

Yes, she´s got a bit too much weight, but it´s only a bit. Don´t you ever think she isn´t quick on her feet - named feet will punish you with a kick in the face!
