NOT MY LINE ART!!! drew it and i just coloured it! this is her OC Rikki btw 8D (the guy)well this was going to be a b-day present for ~Luffy-chan but i thought it was a bit scabby considering she drew it and for someone else xD so im making you something different now :3
i tried really hard to get the shading right but im still not that happy with it x_x and when i did the hair i stuffed it up so i decided to leave it xD but i really like the way her top turned out x3
Edit: Dx gah the shading hardly shows!!
