I like to think its a fictional autobiography written by Twilight about her life with a little extra Dash on the side, to make for a passive way to confess intimate feelings towards Rainbow... but that's just me. And of course it'd be a fictional autobiograph since its written by a fictional character, but no need to overexamine it.

Take Dash to a beauty salon with Rarity that`s a idea for a change, this is a nice comic with great artistic Vector lines , but its very similar with the episode, only Dash isn´t in hospital here
