I don't have the confidence to do a legitimate critique, wishing to leave it to those who do draw.
Since this is presented as a rough first try, first draft, I would say you have an exceptional eye for detail, capturing her very well. Everything is spot-on. I think her ears are a bit smaller and rounder (petite?) than here, but I would chalk that up to the pencil grade you used, which is a bit heavy for the delicate features she has.
The pose, I do believe, is a tweak from some reference material, but the deviation is in character, and is quite entrancing.
Her hair is about the right length, but doesn't look like the french braid in the movie. However, if you showed this to Elsa, I could see her liking that style and trying it out to see how it looks: its the sort of variation that you would expect any woman of her age to try out.
The good thing is that you have enough of her movie appearance that I took the hair variation in stride and had to look twice (really, three times), before I noticed. The ear popped out sooner, but then again, given the heavy grade of pencil, that was to be expected.
