this is my baby girl, Papi. she isn't new though, I first showed her off on my alternate account and just spent a few hours drawing this up because I think she's a cutie even though I unintentionally gave her colors that makes my eyes bleed when i do the full color job lol

Papi is a magical girl with the power to grant certain wishes. that wand is kind of like a filler because i haven't decided on a wand that looks good enough for her lol
She is super short and has wings on her lower back that are too small and weak to fly with. Despite having a wand, it's actually her eye that is the source of her magic, hence it's weird colours. She carries a wand around to keep greedy people under the impression that wands are her main source of magic. Her magical abilities have been sought out in the past to the point where she was actually being hunted down. She fears that if anyone were to find out that her eye was the actual source of her magic, it would be torn out of her head.
She also tries to keep herself hidden from many because of this fear and doesn't go out very often.
