Oh, I wish I had that kind of skill! No, I just had the honor of wearing one (three, actually; this is my "wedding dress"); all our costumes were made by the fantastically talented Libby Dasbach.

It's ok, you're new here so I'll assume you just don't understand the rules yet.
DA is for posting your own work.
Think of it this way, if someone else paints a painting for you and you take a photo of that painting then you can't submit it to the painting gallery because you're not the one that painted it.
Same with costumes if it's not you work you shouldn't upload it to the costumes gallery. There are some grey areas like if you made most of the costume or if you worked on it with someone else and so on but it doesn't sound like this is one of those!
You need to ask yourself what part of the art is yours and put it in the gallery for that sort of art.
If you look to the right of the picture you should see a "edit deciation" button. If you click that you'll get the chance to move your deviation to the right cattegory-- this doesn't affect any links to it or anything so don't worry.
When you are selecting your gallery you can click on "Gallery info" to read the information about the gallery you are submitting to.
