This didn't originally start as a zodiac piece... I just saw something pretty on DA that was orange and white and thought "mmm, orange n' whiiiiite" so I started to play. When I play, that basically means I start with a shape and just paint haphazardly around it. That's one reason that this isn't symmetrical. The other reason? I don't like symmetrical.
I don't know if I'll ever do the full zodiac. Maybe if I can finagle mehself some more models. A full zodiac of me would be supah boring.

Not really- in fact, I've gotten so used to putting it on myself (I have a nice little lighted mirror that a friend gave me that I just set on a table and get to work) that it's now harder for me to paint on someone else. It certainly takes me longer than when I just use myself as a model.
