A request from Phantasya-NaosHaha X3 enjoyed draeing it I drew it with a base well actually until recently I drew my stuff with a base that's why every chibi I drew are not that really alike (=w= )>hehe

Haha =7= just colored the hair through the ribbon then erase the part in the ribbon
and add light blue at the ends of the ribbon, I use Faber castell color pencil by
the way
