This is why she wears a set of gravity dust bracelets on both wrists to attract the chakrams when she throws them allowing her to manipulate them in mid-air. in addition, the chakrams are capable of shifting into a pair of dust firing pistols

Background story: Originally from Vacuo, Lila was born to parents Bana and Oaklny. Upon getting divorced and her father Oaklny diapering, Lila's mother Bana started to use drugs to cope and became addicted. While going to the store one day Bana never came back leaving Lila orphaned at 6, she began to quickly learn to survive and pick pockets. She stowed away on an Atlas ship, where her life changed. When she got to Atlas she started to pick pockets like in Vacuo, however this time she tried to pick the pocket of Colonel Cain Kingsley. Catching her, he grabbed her hand and smiled, as his wife walked out of a store and asked where she belonged, when Lila answered no where Scarlet decided they would adopt the young girl. after meeting her new sister and learning about the rich history of her new family, Lila decided to become a huntress.
