Thank you! I'm really glad you think it looks realistic!
I'm afraid I can't really say how to do this because what I do is basically a lot of copying, pasting, erasing and pushing the pictures together until it looks somewhat right to me...far from professional :/

There are quite a few photomanipulation tutorials here on Deviantart but I never used one because most of them are for Photoshop users and I work with Corel Paintshop but I guess it's possible to make photomanips with pretty much every software.

Sorry, I'm no big help here...
