Description
CFernFern Touhoumon
A Plant Youkai who loves colors and pranks. She makes lots of mischief, and paints colors everywhere.
I was originally going to use Chibi Ellen, but decided to use Chibi Alice for the base. The yellow pallete is from Chibi Alice, the green pallete is custom, and the star in her hair is from Ex Meiling.
